About Navigaite

Navigaitefrom Mainz.

Development, architecture and operations from one hand — from someone who has to carry the decision himself later.

Navigaite is the company of Maximilian Beckenbauer, software engineer in Mainz, Germany. It designs systems, builds custom software, advises on technical decisions and runs what it has built — for companies that want to be able to justify a decision a year from now.

That all of this comes from one hand is not a size you compare with agencies. It is a different approach: whoever has to run a system designs it differently. And whoever wants to hand it over builds it from the start so that this works.

The office is in Mainz; on-site meetings are common across the Rhine-Main region. Most of the work happens remotely, with companies across Germany and Europe — in English or German.

Stance

Four sentences every decision has to measure up to.

  1. 01

    Partnership

We work inside the client's team, not beside it. Decisions are made where the expertise sits — and documented so they still make sense a year on.

  2. 02

    Clean craft

Tests, reviews and security checks are part of the delivery, not a later line item. What isn't maintainable isn't finished.

  3. 03

    Ready to hand over

Code, infrastructure and documentation belong to the client. Every project is built so another team can carry it on without us.

  4. 04

    Outcome first

Every project has a measurable goal. If an idea doesn't reach it, we say so — even when it would be technically appealing.

02

Verifiable

What this site itself lives up to — the same standard as client work.

What's in production

Projects that run — what was built, not what was promised.

  1. 01
    Event and design agency

    maimaldrei GmbH

Rental catalogue, dispatch planner, importer and website on one shared back end: a catalogue for customers, a planning tool for the team, an import for the inventory — shipped through the same pipeline that builds this site.

  2. 02
Working group of the German Acoustical Society (DEGA)

    Arbeitsring Lärm der DEGA

A tool that checks every link in a body of PDF documents for reachability, detects dead targets and — where a reliable replacement exists — proposes it with a confidence rating. Runs locally, delivers a readable report.

  3. 03
    Attorney at law, Fürth

    Süß Strafverteidigung

A custom WordPress theme instead of a bought one, and an SEO roadmap with measurable goals for the local market — organic and in the Maps pack, measured with Search Console instead of gut feeling.
