Privacy policy
Which data this website processes, why, on which legal basis — and which rights you have.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is Maximilian Beckenbauer, Rheinallee 56A, 55118 Mainz. The full provider identification is in the imprint. Please direct data protection enquiries to kontakt@navigaite.de.
2. No cookies, no consent
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser that is not technically necessary to serve the page. That is why there is no consent banner here: there is nothing you would have to consent to.
3. Accessing the website (server logs)
When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes access data: IP address, time, requested resource, transferred data volume, status code and usually referrer and user agent. This data is technically necessary to serve the page and serves the security and stability of operation.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in secure and undisturbed operation. The data is stored only as long as necessary for this purpose.
The "Served from" readout and the compass in the contact section use the location of the data centre that served the page and the coarse, city-level location Cloudflare attaches to the request. Both are shown in your browser only and are neither stored nor evaluated by us.
4. Contact form and e-mail
If you use the contact form, we process the data you provide — name, e-mail address, optionally the company and your message — solely to handle your request. The same applies to a request by e-mail.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give explicitly in the form, and — insofar as the request aims at a contract — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal message to kontakt@navigaite.de is enough.
For delivery we use the e-mail service Resend (Resend, Inc., Delaware, USA). Sending takes place via the provider's EU region (Ireland); a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. As the provider is based in the USA, we base a possible third-country transfer on the standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. To protect against automated submissions the form contains a field invisible to you and a limit on the sending rate; for this your IP address is processed briefly in the server's memory and not stored permanently.
We keep your request as long as it is necessary to handle it, and beyond that insofar as statutory retention periods apply.
5. Reach measurement
No reach measurement is currently active on this website. Your usage behaviour is not analysed.
6. Fonts and external content
All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font CDN, and no external scripts, maps, videos or social media elements are embedded.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
Independently of this you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
8. Changes to this statement
We adapt this statement as soon as the processing on this website changes — for instance because a service is added or removed. The version available here applies.
